Gin & Tonic

Sharp and invigorating - Wildcat Gin served tall with tonic

What you need

  • 50ml Wildcat Gin
  • 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 shot sugar syrup
  • 1/2 creme de mure
  • Crushed ice
  • Fresh blackberries & lemon

Serve

  1. Shake ingredients, then strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice

  2. Drizzle Chambord or crème de mure on top, creating a bleeding effect through ice

  3. Garnish with blackberry & lemon slice

What you need

  • 50ml Wildcat Gin
  • Quality tonic water (We recommend Fentimans)
  • A wedge of lime and a twist of lemon peel

Serve

  1. Fill a tall hi-ball tumbler with ice and add the wedge of lime

  2. Add Wildcat Gin, pouring it in over the lime

  3. Top up with tonic water

  4. Add the twist of lemon peel to the top
